I’ve been writing scripts from an early age and studied screenwriting at Columbia College Chicago, including a Semester in LA program where I wrote a feature-length screenplay in 5 weeks. I’ve continued to grow my writing portfolio and collaborate with other creatives in the industry. Last year, I wrote my first official TV script—for RoboGobo Season 2!

I’ve handled a number of copywriting responsibilities over the years, from writing copy for the Marvel HQ YouTube channel, to helping craft series and episodic loglines for Disney TV Animation. I also update the website and write newsletters for the speaking event series Nerd Nite LA.

I’ve written TV reviews for EntertainMEdia, artist profiles for IndyBuild, and ran the social media and website for the event series Nerd Nite LA, in addition to personal blogging ventures. At Marvel HQ, I worked closely with the social media and marketing teams to coordinate on brand initiatives and promote upcoming releases. 

Beyond ensuring my own writing is in top-notch shape, I love giving feedback on creative writing. I’ve participated in numerous writers’ workshops for over a decade and provided creative notes on writing to many others outside those groups. I also took copy editing classes at Columbia College Chicago and am a nerd for proper grammar and spelling.

Video editing has been a passion of mine since senior year of high school, starting with both narrative pieces and community videos. In college, I edited all of my own films and several other students’ projects. I’ve applied my editing skills in roles at Marvel and Disney, and been hired as a freelance editor for everything from sports leagues to Zoom musicals.

My film production experience includes a variety of roles such as director on my own shorts, script supervisor on the web series Karmic, and production assistant on various physical sets like America’s Top Choreographer at Brandon Studios. I’ve become intimately familiar with the video production process and love applying my knowledge to create.
